Using the Dashboard

3 min read

The dashboard is your daily command center. Everything you need to stay on track is visible at a glance.

What You'll See

Current Week Goals

The main panel shows your goals for the current week. You can add new goals, edit existing ones, and mark their status directly from here.

Sprint Schedule

A visual timeline showing all 10 weeks of your sprint. You can see which weeks are complete, which ones are in progress, and what's coming up. Milestones appear as markers on this timeline.

Weekly Progress

A chart showing your completion rate week by week. Green for good weeks, red for missed weeks, yellow for partial progress.

Accountability Partners

See who's receiving your weekly updates and when the next report goes out.

Daily Workflow

  1. Check your weekly goals to see what needs attention
  2. Work on what matters most
  3. Mark progress as you complete things

The dashboard should answer one question instantly: "What do I need to do today to hit my weekly goals?"

Navigating Weeks

You can click on any week in the sprint schedule to view that week's goals. This is useful for planning ahead or reviewing past performance.

Use the Pre Agent Instead

You don't have to use the UI for anything. If you see something on the dashboard you want to update, just send a message to the Pre Agent instead.

Want to add a goal? Tell the agent. Want to mark something done? Tell the agent. Want to do your Weekly Retro? Just talk through it with the agent.

The Pre Agent lives in the app, but it's also available over SMS. So you can update your goals from anywhere without opening a browser.

Many founders find it faster to message the agent than to click through the UI. Do whatever works for you.
