Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and Rides Ventures, Inc. (DBA "Pre") ("Pre", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. The Services are intended for US adults 18+ only.

Services

Pre provides planning, goals, and accountability tools, as well as integrations and AI-enabled features designed to help you organize and execute work. We may update features from time to time.

Accounts & Responsibilities

Provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Recurring monthly subscription, auto-charged each month; prices include taxes and fees.
Cancel any time via your Stripe customer portal or by emailing accounts@buildwithpre.com.
No prorated refunds; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or chargeback abuse; unpaid amounts remain due.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services for any illegal, harmful, infringing, harassing, deceptive, or abusive activity, including intellectual property violations, privacy violations, security breaches, spam, or interfering with the normal operation of the Services.

User Content & Ownership of Outputs

You retain ownership of your inputs and data you upload to the Services.
AI outputs and other results generated by the Services are owned by Pre. We grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use such outputs internally in connection with your use of the Services during an active subscription.
You grant Pre a license to use your content as necessary to provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Services.
AI outputs may contain or reflect user-provided personal data. Ownership of outputs does not limit users’ rights under applicable privacy laws.

AI & Third-Party Services

Some features may rely on third-party services (e.g., infrastructure, analytics, messaging, payments, AI processing). We do not use your content to train third-party models beyond what is required to provide the Services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms.

Communications

By signing up, you agree to receive service and account-related emails and, where applicable, SMS. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in emails, replying STOP to SMS, or emailingaccounts@buildwithpre.com. Operational notices may still be sent.

Pre SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to messages sent to and from Rides Ventures, Inc. (doing business as Pre).

Pre's AI agent will send you text messages to give advice and help you complete check-ins, update goals, and more so that you don't have to log into the site all the time.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, send the SMS message "START" and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at reid@buildwithpre.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Data Retention, Sharing and Deletion

Pre retains all user data securely and does not share it publicly unless where the user has opted in (e.g., sending their weekly Retro to their Pressure Partners).

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pre and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts paid by you to Pre in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

Governing law: Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Binding arbitration exclusively in Multnomah County, Oregon. No class actions or consolidated proceedings; jury trial is waived. Small-claims actions are waived and must proceed in arbitration.
No arbitration opt-out is available.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Services or your access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. Sections intended to survive termination shall survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute resolution).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
